Build a cinematic animated short with enough narrative and visual depth to carry a mission-driven story, while keeping storyboards, character design, backgrounds, motion, music, and sound design cohesive across the entire production.

Develop the film as a complete animation pipeline: iterative storyboard passes, animatic planning, dedicated character and background design, layered production assets, motion design, music development, and sound design, then resolve those pieces into both full-length and short-form final masters.

The completed production archive contains both a TORCH_FULL FINAL master and a TORCH_SHORT FINAL master, backed by the complete visual-development system used to build the film.

The result was not just a finished animated short, but a fully developed story world with boards, characters, environments, motion assets, music, and sound design all working toward one campaign-ready narrative.
